Job summary

BitWords Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex software delivery projects for enterprise clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, and ensure high-quality solutions while maintaining client satisfaction.

This role requires a strong technical understanding, excellent communication, and experience with agile practices. You will work with clients, internal teams, and leadership to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical project management experience.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing client-facing projects.
Technical background or ability to understand technical concepts.
PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise software solutions.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, designers, and QA.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and client communications.
