Elior North America is seeking an IT Project Lead & Analyst to bridge IT, operations, and business teams across North America. You’ll translate business needs into requirements, coordinate transitions from legacy systems, and support ERP deployments while managing project portfolios.

The role requires a hands-on, adaptable collaborator who can document processes, track actions, and guide teams through evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or IT operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in evolving environments with ambiguous processes.
• Hands-on approach to requirements gathering, documentation, and follow-up.
• Able to bring practical structure while staying flexible for teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate legacy sunset and technology transition across ERP and internal systems.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for IT and operations.
• Support IT initiatives tied to new unit openings and system deployments.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates for NA initiatives.
• Identify risks and gaps, proposing practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on support beyond traditional project management when needed.
