Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an IT Project Lead & Analyst – Operations to bridge IT, operations, and business teams. You will translate needs into actionable requirements, coordinate transitions away from legacy apps, and manage IT initiatives for North America.

This role requires hands‑on coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management across ERP implementations, site openings, and ongoing IT deployments. Hybrid work schedule with regional offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, business analysis, IT operations, or a combination of these areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting IT projects, technology deployments, system transitions, or operational initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment where processes and priorities may not always be clearly defined.
• Hands‑on approach with a willingness to support requirements gathering, documentation, tracking, coordination, and follow‑up as needed.
• Ability to bring practical structure to projects while remaining flexible and adapting to the needs of different teams.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, operations, and business teams.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the retirement of legacy applications and transition to ERP and internal systems.
• Gather requirements, document processes, coordinate stakeholders, track actions and timelines.
• Support testing coordination and issue resolution during transitions.
• Coordinate technology readiness for operational sites (laptops, POS, network gear).
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates across initiatives.
• Provide clear updates to leadership on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Support prioritization as business needs evolve and adapt project management approaches.
