Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems analysis experience in software development.
• Strong Agile and Scrum with Jira/Jira Align.
• Proficiency in SQL and API testing tools (Insomnia).
• Experience creating requirements and UX mockups (Figma).
• Knowledge of SDLC, APIs, UI and back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business, product, and development teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and specs.
• Lead complex systems analysis for software initiatives.
• Coordinate release management and participate in scaling ceremonies.
• Manage interdependencies and organize sprints.
• Measure performance using agile metrics and mentor junior analysts.
• Facilitate solution brainstorming and backlog management using Jira.
