Elior North America seeks an IT Project Lead & Analyst to bridge IT, operations, and business teams across North America. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements while coordinating multiple initiatives, including legacy sunset projects and new unit openings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, business analysis, IT operations, or a combination of these areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting IT projects, technology deployments, system transitions, or operational initiatives.
• Ability to work in evolving environments with unclear processes and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate legacy sunset and technology transition, retiring legacy apps as new platforms roll out.
• Support IT initiatives for new unit openings, closures, and site transitions.
• Manage technology readiness for operational sites, including devices and network gear.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and status updates; escalate risks and dependencies.
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing coordination, and issue resolution.
