Job summary

Technical Support International (TSI) is seeking an IT Project Specialist to implement client IT projects, deploy technical solutions, and ensure timely, quality deliverables. This role collaborates with project managers and may provide field support when project demand drops.

Travel to client sites in New England is possible, with light, localized travel and flexible scheduling. Strong communication, problem solving, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• 4–6 years of direct IT support and client-facing experience.
• Microsoft certifications (365/Azure) a plus.
• Experience with ConnectWise Automate/PSA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects as defined by project managers.
• Deploy upgrades, migrations, cloud deployments, and security initiatives.
• Provide onsite field support as needed during emergencies.
• Update project managers on progress, risks, and issues.
• Maintain documentation in ConnectWise PSA/Automate.
