Job summary

Technical Support International (TSI) delivers outsourced IT and cybersecurity services across New England. The Project Specialist will implement IT projects, deploy solutions, and ensure timely delivery while providing occasional field support at client sites.

This full-time role requires light, localized travel to client sites primarily in Massachusetts, with a need to coordinate with Project Managers and maintain project documentation in ConnectWise PSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4–6 years in IT support.
• Direct client-facing IT support experience required.
• Microsoft certifications (365/Azure) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects as developed and scoped by Project Managers.
• Provide onsite field support during client emergencies or lower project demand.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand requirements and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ConnectWise PSA and related systems.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to managers and clients.
