Job summary

Technical Support International in Foxboro, MA is seeking an IT Project Specialist to implement client IT projects, deploy solutions, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. You will collaborate with Project Managers, document progress, and ensure technical deliverables meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus experience.
• 4–6 years of direct IT support experience.
• Direct client-facing IT support experience required.
• Microsoft certifications (current Microsoft 365 or Azure) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT projects as scoped by Project Managers.
• Implement upgrades, migrations, and security initiatives.
• Provide onsite field support during client emergencies.
• Document issues and maintain progress with Project Managers.
• Use ConnectWise tools to diagnose, resolve, and document issues.
