Job summary

DSI Tech in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support network infrastructure implementation projects. You will set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and prepare executive status reports while liaising with technical teams.

The role requires at least 2 years in IT project management, a bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel to client sites. A hybrid schedule is available after 90 days onsite, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related IT field, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco products and IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer service focus.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and participate in meetings; document decisions and action items.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely project completion.
• Provide administrative support as required; ensure compliance and documentation.
