Job summary

DSI Tech is hiring a Project Coordinator for our Ashburn, VA headquarters. The role coordinates and completes network infrastructure projects, sets deadlines, assigns tasks, tracks progress, and prepares status reports for upper management. Travel to client sites and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

The position is based in Ashburn, VA with a hybrid schedule after 90 days onsite. Only Green Card holders and U.S. citizens will be considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related IT field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco products and IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and actively participate in meetings.
• Document key decisions and action items with timely follow-up.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify risks and issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to team members.
• Act as liaison between Project Manager and technical teams.
