DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The role coordinates network infrastructure projects, sets deadlines, assigns tasks, and tracks progress. Travel to client sites is possible; a hybrid schedule is available after 90 days on site.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT project management, Cisco product knowledge, and strong communication skills. We value proactive problem solving and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related IT field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on Cisco product knowledge and IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project plans, schedules, timecards, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and participate in meetings.
• Document key decisions and action items with timely follow-up.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and documentation.
• Identify risks and propose solutions.
• Lead meetings and distribute minutes.
• Act as liaison between the Project Manager and technical teams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
