Job summary

DSI Tech in Ashburn, Virginia, seeks a Project Coordinator to drive network infrastructure projects from kickoff to closure. You will set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, and prepare reports for upper management. Travel to client sites and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.

The role is based in Ashburn with a hybrid schedule after 90 days onsite. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with Cisco product knowledge and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related IT field or equivalent.
• Hands-on Cisco product knowledge and IT solutions preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer service focus.
• Proactive problem-solving with analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, and budgets.
• Coordinate meetings and document decisions with follow-up actions.
• Develop presentation materials for leadership reviews.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Provide administrative support and liaise between teams.
