Job summary

DSI Tech, located in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. The role requires coordinating network infrastructure projects, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and preparing status reports for leadership.

A hybrid schedule is available after 90 days onsite at our Ashburn headquarters. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT project management, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving ability with strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Assertive and resourceful in handling tasks independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and participate in meetings; document decisions and action items.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor and ensure project deadlines are met; provide admin support as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Project Manager and technical teams; communicate with stakeholders.
