Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our PMO, supporting a growing portfolio of technology projects that impact attorneys, staff, and clients nationwide.

You will work under the mentorship of a Senior IT Project Manager, building independence within a year while coordinating meetings, tasks, and documentation using Outlook, Teams, Jira, and SharePoint. This is an on-site, full-time role in the IT Programs & Strategy group.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication - professional, clear, and prompt.
• Customer-first mindset with reliable follow-through and accountability for your own work.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own all project meetings - scheduling, agendas, facilitation, and distributing notes within 24 hours.
• Track and manage all project tasks, action items, and deliverables in Jira.
• Maintain project plans, status dashboards, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Own project documentation: file artifacts in SharePoint with proper structure and naming conventions.
• Support vendor relationships: track invoices, coordinate logistics, flag discrepancies, maintain contacts.
• Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, and presentation decks.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and create reference documentation.
• Leverage AI tools daily to improve coordination deliverables.
