Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a growing portfolio of technology projects across the firm. You will work under a Senior IT Project Manager, growing into greater independence while delivering coordination, documentation, and stakeholder support for attorneys, staff, and clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication — professional, clear, and prompt.
• Customer-first mindset with reliable follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own all project meetings — scheduling, agendas, facilitation, and distributing meeting notes with actions within 24 hours.
• Track and manage all project tasks, action items, and deliverables in Jira.
• Maintain project plans, status dashboards, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Own project documentation: file artifacts in SharePoint with proper naming and versioning.
• Support vendor relationships: track invoices and logistics, flag discrepancies, maintain contacts.
• Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, and decks for leads and directors.
• Build positive working relationships with stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and document references for the team.
• Leverage AI tools daily to improve coordination deliverables.
