Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our PMO and support a growing portfolio of technology projects that impact attorneys, staff, and clients nationwide. You will report to a Senior IT Project Manager and develop into a independent contributor with structured growth.

The role is on-site, with mentorship, clear expectations, and the opportunity to work with tools like Jira, SharePoint, and Copilot to accelerate coordination deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication—professional, clear, and prompt.
• Customer-first mindset with reliable follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own all project meetings—scheduling, agendas, facilitation, and distributing notes with action items within 24 hours.
• Track and manage all project tasks, action items, and deliverables in Jira.
• Maintain project plans, status dashboards, risk logs, and issue trackers.
• Own project documentation: file artifacts in SharePoint with correct structure and version control.
• Support vendor relationships: track invoices and logistics, flag discrepancies.
