DSI Tech in Ashburn, VA is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our expanding IT team. The role coordinates network infrastructure projects, sets deadlines, assigns tasks, tracks progress, and prepares management reports.

Candidates must travel to client sites and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Hybrid work schedule begins after 90 days onsite; Green Card holders and U.S. citizens only. The company offers training, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years IT project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related IT field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer service focus.
• Proactive problem solving and analytical skills.
• Organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate and participate in meetings; distribute minutes.
• Prepare presentation materials for management reviews.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Act as liaison between Project Manager and technical teams.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Identify risks and propose solutions; manage workload with supervisor.
