DSI Tech in Ashburn, VA, seeks a Project Coordinator to coordinate network infrastructure projects. The role requires scheduling, task assignment, progress reporting, and meeting coordination, with travel to client sites and after 90 days onsite hybrid work.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT project management, a related degree, and Cisco/IT solution experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related IT field.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco products and IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service focus.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Effective time management under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and actively participate in meetings.
• Document key decisions and action items with timely follow-up.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain documentation.
• Identify project risks and issues, proposing effective solutions.
• Lead and facilitate meetings and distribute minutes to team members.
• Act as liaison between Project Manager and technical teams.
• Maintain clear communication with department heads, managers, and customers.
• Convey information concisely in presentations and discussions.
• Manage workload efficiently and resolve questions in consultation with the supervisor.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
