Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CS, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco products and IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong customer service focus.
• Proactive problem-solving with analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective time management, able to work under pressure.
• Assertive and resourceful in task management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and actively participate in meetings.
• Document key decisions and action items, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain documentation.
• Identify project risks and issues, proposing solutions.
• Lead and facilitate meetings, distribute minutes to team.
• Act as liaison between Project Manager and technical teams.
• Maintain clear communication with department heads, managers, coworkers, and customers.
• Convey information concisely and clearly in presentations and discussions.
• Manage workload efficiently, resolve questions with supervisor.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
