Job summary

DSI Tech, headquartered in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the expanding DSI Tech team. The role coordinates network infrastructure projects, sets deadlines, assigns tasks, tracks progress, and prepares reports for upper management.

Travel to client sites is required, with a hybrid schedule after 90 days onsite. The ideal candidate has 2+ years IT project management experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related IT field, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco products and IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and participate in meetings; document decisions and actions.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings; monitor deadlines.
• Provide administrative support and ensure documentation compliance.
• Identify risks and issues, proposing effective solutions; liaise with technical teams.
