Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related IT field.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco products and IT solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service focus.
• Proactive problem-solving with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and resourceful in managing tasks independently.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and track project plans, schedules, timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Coordinate, attend, and participate in meetings; document decisions and action items.
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Monitor and ensure project deadlines are met and provide admin support.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain documentation.
• Identify risks and issues, proposing solutions; lead meetings and distribute minutes.
• Act as liaison between Project Manager and technical teams; communicate with leaders and customers.
• Manage workload efficiently and resolve questions with supervisor guidance.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols.
