The role is full-time and on-site in Lakewood, NJ, with a salary range of $45,000–$55,000+ for candidates with strong relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for field technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare technicians and clients for upcoming onsite visits.
• Coordinate vendors including cabling, internet/telecom, security, access control, and other service providers.
• Track installations, equipment, timelines, and outstanding items through completion.
• Communicate project updates and scheduling changes with clients.
• Arrange technician travel and logistics when needed.
• Maintain project/vendor documentation and assist with quotes.
• Identify scheduling or readiness issues before they impact a project.

We're looking for an organized, proactive IT Project Coordinator to coordinate field technicians, vendors, schedules, and onsite client projects from planning through completion.

This is a coordination role—not a hands-on IT technician position.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate schedules for field technicians, contractors, and vendors
• Prepare technicians and clients for upcoming onsite visits
• Coordinate vendors including cabling, internet/telecom, security, access control, and other service providers
• Track installations, equipment, timelines, and outstanding items through completion
• Communicate project updates and scheduling changes with clients
• Arrange technician travel and logistics when needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in project coordination, service coordination, dispatch, operations, logistics, vendor management, or a similar role
• Experience coordinating technicians, contractors, vendors, installers, or service providers
• Strong scheduling, organization, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and vendors
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365

Great to Have — Not Required

Experience with IT/MSPs, field service, telecom, structured cabling, security/access control, AV, electrical, construction, facilities, Field Nation, or multi-site deployments is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

$45,000–$55,000+ annually, with flexibility for candidates with strong directly relevant experience.

Full-time | On-site Monday–Friday | Lakewood, NJ
