BlackHawk Data is seeking a highly organized, self-directed Project Coordinator to support the delivery of networking and technology solutions for our commercial accounts as well as our state, local government, and education (SLED) customers.

We invest in our people, challenge them to grow, and celebrate wins together. If you are driven to learn, take ownership, and make an impact, BlackHawk Data is where you belong.
This role is central to keeping projects on track by coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, managing documentation, and supporting multiple concurrent engagements.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their workload, anticipates what’s needed, and follows through on commitments without constant direction. Our customers operate under strict procurement, compliance, and public accountability requirements, so precision, reliability, and independent judgment are important every day.
The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of networking and technology projects for commercial and public sector customers.
This role works closely with customers, project managers, sales, engineering, technicians, and vendors to coordinate schedules and resources, maintain documentation, track deliverables, and ensure open items are followed through to completion.
Within your first 90 days, you’re independently managing project documentation and scheduling for an active caseload of projects. Customers know you as a reliable point of contact, and the PMO team trusts that anything assigned to you will be tracked, followed up on, and closed out without needing constant reminders.
At BlackHawk Data, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being in and out of work. This includes:
You’ll be part of a team that helps public sector organizations—including school districts, cities, counties, and state agencies—modernize the technology that serves their communities.
We value people who take initiative, own their work, and can be trusted to run with responsibility.
