Sentara is seeking an IT Program Manager for IT Clinical Systems to coordinate enterprise initiatives, validate requirements, and align IT milestones across multiple teams. This role improves planning accuracy and ensures cross-functional alignment within the IT Clinical Systems portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bring healthcare IT experience, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority while managing multiple concurrent initiatives and delivering results.

• Intake & Initiative Readiness: validate BRD/TDD scope and dependencies.

• Resource Coordination & Risk Management: plan resources and mitigate interdependencies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: liaise with IT, operations and business leaders.
• Small Project / Initiative Coordination: track milestones and resolve issues.

City/StateVirginia Beach, VAWork ShiftFirst (Days)Overview:OverviewThe IT Program Manager – IT Clinical Systems will serve as a centralized coordination resource for One Sentara Transformation Wave initiatives and other IT-driven initiatives by centralizing intake, validating requirements, coordinating IT engagement, and aligning IT Milestone Owner assignments.The role enables consistent execution, improves planning accuracy, and ensures cross-functional alignment.
