Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a full-time regular student in an accredited college or university in the state.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and ability to assist in troubleshooting, installing and maintaining components.
• Interest in learning one or more programming languages and ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in computer hardware tasks and IT operations in the IT centers.
• Support system disaster recovery and input/output controls under supervision of IT staff.
• Prepare schedules, execute production runs, and audit/validate work products.
• Assist with diagnosing problems and applying predefined standards to resolve issues.
