Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks a Journeyman Procurement Specialist to support the GMOS contract for the Department of State. You will conduct market research, develop statements of work, and prepare IGCEs to ensure FAR-compliant procurement of IT goods and services.

Responsibilities include routing packages for government review, managing contract files through closeout, and ensuring audit-ready records while maintaining accurate invoicing and entitlements in the acquisition environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related procurement/contract experience.
• Experience with federal procurement processes and IGCE development.
• Knowledge of FAR requirements and government audits.
• Strong documentation and contract-file management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and evaluate IT-related goods and services using government-unique methods.
• Develop detailed specifications and statements of work for procurement packages.
• Prepare IGCEs and support FAR-compliant procurement actions.
