CACI is seeking a Journeyman Systems Administrator to support the Global Mission Operations Support (GMOS) contract for the Department of State. You will guide a high-performing team in delivering IT services, modernize applications, and sustain infrastructure through an integrated ITSM approach.

The role emphasizes multi-domain technical expertise, collaboration with stakeholders, and a commitment to national security.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related IT experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Total Ticket Ownership (TTO) and root cause analysis for enterprise IT environments.
• Experience in desktop support, infrastructure management, and network operations.
• Familiarity with ticket management systems, self-service capabilities, and change management.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service across multiple technology domains.

Mansioni

• Log, triage, troubleshoot, resolve, escalate, and determine root cause for tickets under DT/EA/CST’s management (TTO).
• Provide desktop support for DT/EA/CST users, including complex troubleshooting and GOV Furnished Equipment management.
• Perform infrastructure tasks including card printer support for domestic locations and web services administration.
• Support application installation, deployment, and collaboration platform support for CA enterprise systems.
• Support network operations for enterprise connectivity across the org.
• Collaborate to update ticket system configurations, workflows, and propose system enhancements.
• Enhance self-service capabilities, enabling password resets, hardware/software requests, and provisioning.
• Support change management processes and participate in change meetings as required.
• Provide cross-domain technical support for desktop, infrastructure, applications, and network services.
