Job summary

The New York County District Attorney's Office (DANY) is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to lead the Procurement and Contract Management Unit. The role involves supervising staff on IT procurements, drafting RFPs and contract documents, and ensuring compliance with City, State, and Federal regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating procurement activities, overseeing vendor performance, negotiating contract terms, and providing technical guidance to contractors throughout contract life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years IT experience in the public sector.
• One year supervisory experience in public enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on IT procurements and advise on procurement strategies.
• Draft RFPs, CSBs specifications, scopes of work, and contract documents per regulations.
• Coordinate IT contract activities from pre-solicitation to award and NYC Comptroller’s registration.
