Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide supervision of staff working on IT procurements including advising on procurement strategies and reviewing procurement documentation.
Draft clear RFPs, CSB specifications, scopes of work and contract documents in compliance with regulations.
Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions meeting office objectives and budget constraints.
Review specifications for consistency and compliance with City policies and procedures.
Coordinate IT contract and procurement activities from pre-solicitation to award and registration.
