Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States with Form I-9 verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for software and hardware, including quotes, PO requests and receipts.
• Maintain IT asset records across Alaska locations and reconciling with inventory.
• Coordinate budget preparation, cost coding, and budget vs. actual reporting.
• Process and reconcile invoices, including SAP SES creation for payments.
• Support vendor renewals, contract revisions and renewal tracking.
• Monitor IT spend, identify variances and cost reduction opportunities.
