Job summary

RSM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Technology Portfolio & Delivery Manager to partner with the VP of IT, drive governance of the technology portfolio, and deliver cross-functional initiatives across WorkWise, D365, and HRIS systems.

The role emphasizes business-side focus, stakeholder management, and hands-on PM/BA work to articulate resources, plan projects, and manage risks in a dynamic, low-structure environment. Remote, full-time with benefits in the US.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a Program or Delivery Manager in a manufacturing or distribution focused firm.
5-6 years of Project Management experience in addition to the program/delivery role.
3+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives or coordinating a portfolio of interdependent projects in a matrixed environment.
Demonstrated experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependencies, executive status reporting, governance forums, and implementation or cutover readiness.
Experience with portfolio intake, prioritization support, roadmap planning, business cases, resource or capacity planning, and benefits or outcome tracking.
Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or multi-site operating environment.

Responsibilities

Track objectives, milestones, status, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and required decisions across technology programs, projects, and initiatives.
Establish and continuously improve routines so new demand is consistently documented, assessed, sequenced, and routed for leadership review.
Coordinate roadmap discussions, provide objective analysis and practical recommendations, and ensure decisions remain with the appropriate leaders.
Organize and validate information for business cases, capacity planning, benefits tracking, and value-focused portfolio discussions.
Identify resource conflicts, dependencies, and systemic delivery risks; coordinate resolution and escalate when leadership action is required.
Manage work from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations.
Align business, technical, vendor, and functional teams; clarify ownership, maintain momentum, and drive timely follow-through.
Monitor scope, schedule, quality, risk, and readiness; resolve issues at the working level and escalate with clear options and recommendations.
Strengthen standards, templates, tools, data quality, reporting, and governance practices to increase consistency and efficiency.
