Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required.
8+ years of relevant business analysis, project management, and project leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a people manager.
Experience with hybrid waterfall and agile delivery models.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, CSPO are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of business analysts, scrum masters and project managers.
Establish and maintain best practices for requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability for delivery commitments.
Foster a culture of growth, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
