Job summary

DT-US Manager in the Deloitte Technology-US Office of the CIO PMO leads delivery of large, complex IT programs with disciplined project management, portfolio oversight, and stakeholder reporting.

You will partner with Business Portfolio Leads to track scope, budgets, risks, and benefits, drive cross-functional execution, and mentor PMO staff while enabling remote work and occasional office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PM/Program Management in large cross-functional IT initiatives.
• 3+ years leading SAFe/Agile projects including business case development.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available; ability to travel 0–10%; predominantly remote.
• Proficient in MS Project/Project Server.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend-to-plan reporting.
• Drive cross-functional teams in delivery of high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead program/project issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations.
• Lead IT projects including software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, system integrations, and data migrations.
• Develop strong business knowledge of assigned units/portfolios/products.
• Coordinate resources across the project lifecycle and resolve conflicts.
• Build detailed program/project master schedules and promote collaboration.
• Oversee PMO junior resources and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with processes, plans, budgets, and project methodologies.
• Deliver regular, audience-specific reports and dashboards to sponsors and leadership.
• Manage and track budget/variance and take corrective actions.
