Job summary

ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM is seeking an IT Portfolio and Demand Management Specialist to oversee intake, evaluation, and prioritization of technology requests. You will partner with business and IT leaders to ensure initiatives align with priorities, comply with regulations, and fit capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education, related industry certification, and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of IT or similar professional experience, including recent experience.
• Preferred: ServiceNow CIS-SPM or related portfolio management certifications (ITIL, PMP, Agile).

Responsibilities

• Capture, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests to align with strategy and resources.
• Develop and communicate portfolio dashboards, summaries, scorecards, and pipeline reports.
• Validate and mature business cases with scope, benefits, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Govern demand pipeline prioritization, scoring, and sequencing in alignment with strategy.
