AirLife in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Project and Partner Management Lead to head its IT PMO, driving intake, prioritization, and delivery. You will partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to keep projects on time, within scope, and under budget.

This role blends strategy with practical execution, building scalable ways of working, governance, and vendor relationships. You will coach Agile practices, manage multiple IT projects, and report progress to the CFO and PE sponsor audiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in PMO roles within mid-market enterprises.
• Proven ability to design and implement intake/portfolio prioritization frameworks.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the IT project intake and prioritization process.
• Build and maintain a transparent IT project portfolio view for leadership and partners.
• Lead Agile adoption and coach teams on agile principles and ceremonies.
• Define and enforce IT governance and meeting standards across the department.
• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation to go-live with risk and scope control.
• Oversee vendor/consultant relationships and align SOWs to project scope.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align resources with budget and strategic goals.
• Lead quarterly senior leadership portfolio reviews and document actions.
• Publish regular status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in IT delivery.
