LTIMindtree in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Principal - Program & Project Management to lead IT projects, align scope with business goals, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate agile ceremonies, coach teams in Scrum, manage external communications with customers and stakeholders, and partner with product owners to handle backlogs.

This role requires deep experience in the IT industry, banking/financial services familiarity, and a proven ability to drive collaboration across

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the IT Industry.
• Experience in Banking Financial Services Industry.
• Good understanding of Project Management Concepts
• Experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement.
• Knowledge of Project Financials and Budgeting.
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects scope and timeline.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily standup.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Be the point of contact for external communications from customers or stakeholders.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Onsite/Offshore team coordination.
