Job summary

AirLife is seeking a Project and Partner Management Lead to serve as IT PMO leader, bringing rigor and accountability to planning, prioritization, and delivery. You will partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to establish intake processes, drive improvements, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT PMO functions in a mid-market enterprise.
• Skilled in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and hybrid IT delivery.
• Proven ability to establish project intake and portfolio prioritization.
• Familiar with vendor management and external partner engagements.
• PM certification preferred (PMP, PMI-ACP).

Responsibilities

• Design and improve IT project intake and prioritization.
• Maintain IT project portfolio view for leadership and sponsors.
• Introduce Agile practices for IT delivery and coach teams.
• Enforce IT meeting standards and reporting cadences.
• Lead 1+ IT projects from initiation to go-live.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships within project scope.
