Job summary

Lifetime Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Platform Administrator to ensure the availability and reliable operation of enterprise applications for users. Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in a related field or 3+ years of enterprise platform experience.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash, SQL).
• Basic knowledge of relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server, AWS Redshift.
• Basic cloud platform knowledge: Azure, AWS, Salesforce, Pega, GCP.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, load balancers, and high-availability architectures.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SLAs).
• Knowledge of source control and SDLC/DevOps practices.
• Good communication skills, ability to work independently across tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, patch, and maintain enterprise software platforms for reliability and performance.
• Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications.
• Monitor uptime and performance; manage backups and recoverability.
• Manage user and system accounts, access controls, and security policies.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to triage incidents.
• Document resolutions with root-cause analysis.
• Use ticketing systems; coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
• Maintain change-management documentation and release notes.
• Participate in on-call production support rotating shifts.
• Uphold company values, privacy policies, and attendance standards.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
