Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership or team leadership experience.
• Experience with portfolio governance, demand management, capacity planning, and translating demand into resource needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Demand Planning across projects, products, and initiatives.
• Lead Resource & Capacity Planning across employees and external resources.
• Establish Knowledge Management capabilities and tools.
• Lead Portfolio Planning & Prioritization and governance.
• Establish Delivery Governance & Standards.
• Monitor Portfolio Performance and risks; enable leadership decisions.
• Enable Resource & Workforce Decisions through allocation and redeployment.
• Lead Planning, Reporting & Analytics with dashboards and KPIs.
• Facilitate IT Planning & Governance with recurring reviews and accountability.
