Lead cross-functional analytics, develop executive narratives, and advance data democratization of the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field; advanced degree highly preferred.
• Experience in management consulting with R&D strategy / portfolio prioritization projects preferred.
• 6+ years with a Bachelor's, 4+ with a Master's, or 2+ with a Doctorate.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of Pharma R&D processes, investment stage-gating, and forecasting.
• Ability to lead complex strategic initiatives without direct authority; executive presence.

• Drive high-priority 2026 strategic initiatives, incl. QPP enhancements.
• Modernize AbbVie's valuation methodologies, incl. AI/ML PTRS assessment.
• Advance R&D productivity via the 'R&D Pulse' benchmarking initiative.
• Flex into portfolio areas for ad-hoc analyses and scenario planning.
• Deliver executive narratives and recommendations for senior leadership and reviews.
• Build data-driven capabilities across TA leadership.
