AbbVie Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Enterprise Planning to lead enterprise planning, portfolio governance, capacity planning and cross-functional coordination for U.S. Patient Services.

You will align strategic priorities with resources and enable executive decision-making. As the operational lead for APS ALIGN intake, you will provide end-to-end portfolio visibility, facilitate governance and prioritization, and ensure initiatives stay aligned with capacity and strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic planning, portfolio management, business operations, or enterprise program governance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional planning and influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and change leadership skills.

• Develop a centralized dashboard for transparency into priorities and milestones.
• Lead capacity planning across functions and coordinate stakeholder input.
• Support leadership in prioritization and sequencing decisions.
