Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking an IT Engineer II to support IT infrastructure, data, and applications across the organization. You will work with senior engineers on patch management, incident handling, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities include administering patch management, tracking incidents, and coordinating remediation using SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, and Azure to ensure system security and stability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in IT App Support, IT Development, IT Networking, or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field.
• Banking/Financial services knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer patch management support of servers, workstations and enterprise system devices.
• Maintain Incident, Task and Change support ticket assignments.
• Track and report on related KRIs, SLAs, and vulnerability metrics.
• Coordinate vulnerability and patch remediation with IT and Solution teams.
• Design, build and deploy packaged updates and application installs.
• Participate in cross-department collaboration and EPS projects.
• Identify issues and suggest process improvements for remediation efficiency.
