Job summary

RED-Rochester LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking an IT/OT Systems Engineer to design, secure and operate RED’s IT/OT infrastructure, emphasizing cybersecurity, reliability, and cost efficiency across Windows/M365, OT networks, and cloud apps.

You will manage projects, coordinate with vendors, implement disaster recovery, and maintain documentation, while supporting field operations at Eastman Business Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline or 5+ years of IT/OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain IT/OT networks, including segmentation, switches, and firewalls.
• Own cybersecurity monitoring, patching, and vulnerability remediation for OT/IT assets.
• Coordinate external vendors for security assessments and testing.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and perform DR exercises.
• Manage Windows Hybrid 365 and Intune for device management.
