Job summary

OnSite Partners seeks an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, manage, and secure IT and OT systems across office and field environments. You will handle infrastructure, cloud platforms, applications, data, automation, cybersecurity, and end-user support while balancing strategic improvements with daily operations.

The role requires broad technical judgment and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, scripting, and network security.

Qualifications

• BS in IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IT/OT infrastructure across office and field environments.
• Plan, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, secure, and backup hardware and software lifecycles.
• Ensure availability, performance, reliability, and cybersecurity of production systems.
• Co-manage network infrastructure with the MSP.
• Support field and project technologies ensuring reliable data flow between systems.
• Provide automation capabilities and tooling for IT/OT administration.
