Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Senior OT Systems Engineer to design, secure, and manage plant-floor OT infrastructure and its integration with enterprise IT systems. You will bridge IT and engineering to enable reliable, secure operations across sites.

Based at our Atlanta corporate office in a hybrid role, you will drive OT standards, vendor designs, and lifecycle management while aligning with industry cyber and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years supporting OT or manufacturing IT environments.
• Experience bridging IT and plant engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support OT-IT integrations (PLC, SCADA, HMI to MES/ERP).
• Define and enforce ISA-95 aligned OT reference architectures.
• Drive OT network security, segmentation and secure remote access.
• Lead risk assessments, remediation, and audit activities.
