The role covers on-site facilities, mobile, and remote employees with a mix of business and industrial settings, and may require occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will provide thorough troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation as part of a dynamic IT helpdesk environment, supporting Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT/OT environments and end-user support.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and escalation processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user device, software, and account support across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS and Android.
• Manage on-site, mobile, and remote employee IT support; handle ticket escalation as needed.
• Support SCADA/HMI devices, label printers, barcode scanners, and related manufacturing tech to keep operations running.
