Job summary

NRI North America is seeking an IT/OT Systems Engineer I to serve as the primary on-site technology resource for the Oelwein manufacturing and distribution facility. You will support both traditional IT infrastructure and OT systems that keep plant operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with desktop, network, server, and OT environments, able to troubleshoot independently while collaborating with enterprise IT, OT, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with Windows OS and end-user technologies.
• Hands-on networking knowledge and AD administration.
• Experience supporting PCs, printers, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows-based systems, Active Directory, and user access.
• Assist with workstation deployments, imaging, and asset management.
• Support local servers, virtual environments, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with OT, operations, and engineering to resolve tech issues.
• Maintain documentation and support records.
