Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience in OT/industrial environments.
• Experience supporting OT, industrial, or manufacturing networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT initiatives.
• Lead deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure.
• Design and implement secure, resilient network architectures for manufacturing environments.
• Incorporate OT cybersecurity requirements, including segmentation and IDMZ.
• Provide escalation support for network incidents with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with network standards, practices, and documentation for OT environments.
• Mentor and train local IT support and operations staff on OT networking.
• Contribute to project planning, cutovers, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production requirements into network solutions.
