Job summary

NRI North America seeks an IT/OT Systems Administrator I to be the primary on-site tech resource at our Oelwein facility. You will support both IT and OT systems, troubleshoot issues, and partner with enterprise teams to keep plant operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IT experience, familiarity with Windows, AD, networking, and manufacturing technology environments, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and end-user technologies.
• Hands-on networking troubleshooting and familiarity with switches.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT/IT-OT support for PCs, printers, scanners and endpoints.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Support local servers, AD and user access administration; assist deployments and asset management.
• Coordinate with OT/engineering teams and support plant technology projects.
