Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking an IT/OT Director of Operations and Cybersecurity to lead industrial network engineering and OT security across plant, power, and manufacturing environments. You will guide team operations, staffing, project execution, quality, client relationships, and security architecture standards behind each engagement.

Lead a team of engineers, own delivery, and partner with BU leadership on pursuits and budgets while ensuring alignments with Purdue model and IEC 62443 standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of network security or engineering experience with OT exposure.
• Strong delivery experience in plant/power/manufacturing environments.
• Leadership of engineers, budgets, or client-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of network and OT security engineers; manage staffing and workload.
• Own practice delivery: scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance, issue resolution.
• Partner with sales and BU leadership on pursuits, projections, and delivery accountability.
• Own project financials: budgets, utilization, proposals, and SOWs; review scope and risks.
• Set delivery standards and metrics for quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
